Anita K. Stackhouse has been creating a variety of delicious truffles, caramels and other chocolate delights at her Gourmet Chocolatier shop in Corpus Christi since January 2008. Everything is made in the shop including 50 different chocolates, six varieties of handmade fudge, pudding, iced coffee, handmade gifts, gourmet tea and the famous iced cocoa.
