Anita K. Stackhouse has been creating a variety of delicious truffles, caramels and other chocolate delights at her Gourmet Chocolatier shop in Corpus Christi for over two years now.  Everything is made in the shop including 30 different chocolates, seven varieties of handmade cookies, chocolate fondue, iced coffee, handmade gifts, gourmet tea and the famous iced cocoa.
